Find an image with an object that is symmetrical, a frontal view of someoneΓÇÖs face, or a birdΓÇÖs eye view of a butterfly, for example. This technique will work both on horizontal and vertical axis, depending on the nature of the object that you want to convert. Make sure the image has good contrast and is small in file size. Import the image to the new empty graphic symbol we just created from step one, so in this case, cow. (Sometimes it helps if you edit the image in Photoshop before importing to Flash.)
